Redoubt Productions

Redoubt Productions is a passion project of its creator designed to promote people, places and events of american history through social media to both educate and entertain the widest possible audience.

The project has its roots in YouTube as early as 2014 making quick videos that had not connection besides historic objects in motion. In 2020, a more sincere effort was placed toward producing regular content for the channel. Today, the main channel stands alongside several other social media outlets that are collectively used to promote a number of historical subjects when relating to american history. It is hoped one day this project can be a genuine livelihood for its creator. It is hoped our content gives the public better awareness of the price paid by our ancestors to have the laws and liberties in the United States of America. It is hoped the growth of this venture’s audience will expand to likeminded projects and entities involved with historical preservation.

Our Philosophy

“The passion to interpret history to an audience was engrained in me before I entered my first social studies course in grade school. I found the most engaged I was with learning was not in a classroom made from cinder blocks but to be where history was in fact made. One can only truly understand why events transpired the way they did by walking the ground it transpired upon. There are so many historic events that its impossible for every individual to see them all, let alone one person. I aspire to interpret the historic people, places and events in my reach with a camera to aid those who could not otherwise learn about them in person. I await to be educated by likeminded individuals who are also out there now doing similar documentation in their own backyards.” – Spencer
